These Terms of Service govern your use of the Entervyu app and website operated by Shivam Kumar ("we", "us", or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Entervyu, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Entervyu is a mobile application that provides AI-powered mock interview practice. It uses voice recording, transcription, and AI-generated feedback to help users prepare for job interviews. The app is for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Entervyu. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must not share your account with others or allow others to access it. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at shivamkumar.dev23@gmail.com.

Interview questions, feedback, evaluations, and suggestions in the app are generated by AI (Anthropic Claude). This content is provided for practice and informational purposes only. It does not constitute professional career advice, and we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content for any specific job application or interview.
Entervyu is a practice tool. Success in real interviews depends on many factors beyond the app.
By using the voice interview feature, you consent to your voice being recorded, transmitted to our servers, and processed by OpenAI's Whisper API for transcription. Recordings are deleted immediately after transcription. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
All content, design, code, and branding in Entervyu is owned by Shivam Kumar unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without our written permission.
Your voice recordings and typed responses remain yours. By submitting them to the app, you grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service.
We do not guarantee that Entervyu will be available at all times. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Entervyu and Shivam Kumar are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or reliance on AI-generated content.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these terms or if we decide to discontinue the service. You may delete your account at any time from within the app or by contacting us.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the app or by email. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
